Our policy lasts 15 days. Items can be returned 15 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Items that we do not accept returns on:
- Items that appear to be worn
- Items that have been damaged or stained
- Lingerie or swimwear
Please email email@example.com and we will provide you with a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When returning items we suggest using a tracked service to provide safe delivery. Your order will be exchanged or refunded once our agents have received the return and you will then be emailed with an update.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 ~ 5 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please let us know in your email.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email firstname.lastname@example.org about the matter.
